• 18g ground flaxseed
• 2 Brazil nuts
• 18 cherries
• 6 tablespoons cocoa powder

• 3 cups blueberries (1 bag frozen)
• 3 tablespoons dried pomegranate juice powder
• 100g pea protein
• 200g chocolate whey protein (malt flavor recommended)
• Approximately 3 cups nut milk, plus extra as needed
• 12 tablespoons chia seeds (2 tablespoons per jar)

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients except chia seeds in a blender. Add about 3 cups of nut milk, or enough to make the mixture blendable.

1. Pour the blended mixture evenly into six mason jars.

1. Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to each jar and stir well.

1. Top off each jar with additional nut milk if needed to fill.

1. Refrigerate and allow chia seeds to expand and thicken the pudding.
